This doesn’t really have anything to do with the election, but it’s kind of related (and slightly horrifying), since getting poor nations to catch up in technology is an important issue that the next president will have face in light of rising technological inequality exacerbating already existing poverty conditions – Microsoft Battles Low-Cost Rival for Africa (WSJ).
