2014 Summer Internships at the Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic

The Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic is now accepting applications from 1Ls and 2Ls for 2014 summer internships. The Clinic works on novel, cutting-edge environmental issues ranging from shale gas extraction and offshore drilling to industrial aquaculture and indoor air quality. Summer interns will work with the faculty and staff of the Clinic on ongoing litigation and policy projects. The Clinic seeks interns to work from Tuesday, May 27th to Friday, August 1st for a minimum of 35 hours per week, although we have some flexibility regarding start and end dates, provided that interns can commit to working for at least eight weeks. This internship is unpaid, but is a SPIF-eligible position for HLS students. Applicants must possess outstanding academic credentials as well as excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis but are due no later than February 14, 2014.
