Research Assistant for Lewis Kaden course on globalization issues, Summer and early Fall. Lewis Kaden is a distinguished HLS graduate (1967) who has been a professor at Columbia Law School, vice chair of Citigroup Inc. and a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell. He now seeks a RA to work with him in developing materials for a class that he will teach at HLS in January 2015 entitled “Globalization: Business, Legal and Public Policy Issues.” Topics may include financial crises, trade, intellectual property, global labor standards and human rights, law enforcement in multiple jurisdictions, and corruption. The bulk of work should be done over the summer, in consultation with Professor Kaden, with hours to be determined between the RA and Professor Kaden. CR-CL’s 50th Anniversary Conference will be held on April 4th, in Milstein East.
