Research assistant- international health and drug law

Mark Barnes is seeking one or two research assistants for the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Center at Harvard (Harvard MRCT), of which he is faculty co-chair. Harvard MRCT is part of the Harvard Global Health Institute.

Work would be legal and policy research in international public health and drug safety/clinical trials regulations, approximately 10-20 hours per week for the spring semester, with possible continuation through the summer 2015 on a more full-time basis.

Topics of research include clinical trial and drug approval process regulatory reforms in China and India, as well as solutions for public access to clinical trials data. Compensation is $15/hour, and work schedules are flexible.

Participation as co-author in journal publications may be possible, dependent on an appropriate level of involvement. Interviews to be conducted in January.
