Professor John Kotter, at the Harvard Business School, is a renown expert in the field of change leadership.  If I summarized his key finding for when organizations or industries change it is when 50% +1 of the people involved believe the status quo is no longer defensible.   With educational technologies, do we have that sort of majority opinion among all stakeholders?   Until we do, change will be episodic, uneven and unremarkable.
