This site is, as of the present
moment, entirely inactive and exists only as a placeholder for the
“Amit” account name.  Given the proportion of Law School-hosted
blogs that appear to be active (in a recent informal poll, less than 15
percent), waiting for this state of affairs to change might be as
productive as awaiting significant climate change in perdition, or some
similarly improbable event.
