Ribeiro Giambrone, an 18 year old CVS employee, died trying to stop a shoplifter on President’s Day while reportedly trying to “save
his boss’s life.” CVS has offered a $2,500 reward for the capture of
the murderer. Sounds to me like CVS ought to provide Giambrone’s mother
with a pension.
How many people are willing to die to stop a shoplifter? Especially for a corporation that wouldn’t think twice laying off any of its employees.
