I was walking up the Hill this afternoon and saw this guy as well. Heather conjectures that he’s protesting some sort of cable conglomeration,
but it seems a little more likely that he’s actually
paranoid. I suppose the right thing to do would be to just go ask him,
but that would involve human contact, wouldn’t it?

He very well might be paranoid and actually believes that satellites are abusing him. Can you imagine how frightening that belief must be?
