This is depressing.

October 1st, 2006

-Condoleezza Rice ignored repeated warnings in advance of 9/11.
-Congress has abdicated its duty to check the executive branch and is condoning torture.
-Even Laura Bush thinks Rumsfeld should be canned.
-Even former Administration shill Bob Woodward now sees that this White House purposefully lied about the situation in Iraq.
-Everyone except Bush now admits that Iraq has made terrorism worse.

Looking at the situation honestly and stating the facts clearly, it’s amazing how bad things are. Will Americans be deceived by a short-lived “dip” in gas prices to still-too-high $2? Will the White House play the red terror level card again? I am not very optimistic based on what has happened for the past few elections.

Hello world!

I’m finally a fourth year, and I finally have time to get back to blogging. I can’t believe how busy I was as a third year, especially with medicine, surgery, and a sub-internship in ophthalmology the last seven months. However, I learned an unbelievable amount, and there are some patients I will always remember, for better or worse.
