- Introductions
- Wikis 101: An Introduction to Wikis in 15 Minutes by j
- Ubuntu by Brett
- BarCamp!!!
- 6/8: Let’s not meet in Harvard Square because of Harvard’s Commencement
- Let’s do dinner instead of a regular meeting! Would someone like to coordinate dinner for the group at a restaurant not in Harvard Square?
- No meeting 6/15.
- Neither Erica nor j will be available.
- Upcoming events of interest:
- If you’re definitely going to one of these far-flung supercool events, comment and let us know so other blog group folks will know to look for friendly faces (and to potentially coordinate travel, lodging shares etc.). You can definitely expect to see many of us at the events local to Boston.
- VloggerCon in San Francisco, June 10-11
- Grassroots Use of Technology in Boston, June 16-17
- BloggerCon IV in San Francisco, June 23-24
- GnomeDex in Seattle, late June (Amanda W may be going)
- Media Giraffe conference, Democracy and Independence: Sharing News and Politics in a Connected World in Amherst, June 29-July 1
- Alliance for Community Media, in Boston, July 5-8
- BlogHer in San Jose, July 28-29
- Wikimania at Berkman, August 4-6
- Summer vacation
- Various upcoming & potential stuff on our schedule:
- Dan Bricklin, known for his work on VisiCalc and wikiCalc
- Someone who can fill us in on what’s happening with China and the Internet (RMack? Eric Priest when he returns from Asia? – Eric will be back in early June for a little bit, after 2 months in China. Do we want Erica to try grabbing him?)
- If you want to help shepherd a potential future topic or if you have ideas of your own, please talk to Erica or j. We’d love – and could really use – your help!
- Eat:
- This week:
- Last week:
During the meeting, participate via:
- Webcast: http://harmony.law.harvard.edu/webcast.s…
- Uh … maybe not. We weren’t able to get it working. Bill W. wonderfully recorded the talk. j has the sound file. It needs to be edited before being posted, so it will be a few days before it goes up.
- IRC chat
- Because the blog was down, there are no live notes.
- Join us at Baker House!

Hi! This is Cliff from Team and Concepts.
Alongside of your mentioned products VisiCalc and wikiCalc, there’s also EditGrid and Numbler which you may wish to put on the list. They both incorporate real-time-update which distinguishes themselves from the others, long before google spreadsheet has implemented it.
Give a try?
