About

I’m Catherine Bracy, the administrative director of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard where I help keep the place from imploding. I graduated from BC in 2002 where I studied communication (but should have studied political science). I grew up in Ann Arbor, MI (GO BLUE!) and am a proud midwestern girl. I’m a bit of a political junkie and have a keen interest in American history (I have a huge crush on Alexander Hamilton, or “Hammy” as I like to call him). In my spare time, I like to eat, travel, read (everything from academic books to US Weekly) and watch TV. In my spare time I DON’T like to work out, but I do it pretty regularly anyway. I’m a beer snob. I love American Idol. I don’t know what HTML stands for and I don’t care. I’m a dog person, but find cats acceptable as long as they don’t scratch.
