Dr. Paul Kihwelo holds an LL.B, an LL.M and a PhD in law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania as well as Founder and Public Lead for Creative Commons Tanzania. He has taught intellectual property law since 2000. He is also a legal practitioner specializing among other things in intellectual property law.
