Rafael is a member of the Rio Institute for Technology & Society. He is currently a PhD student in Private Law at the Lisbon University Law School. He holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the Rio de Janeiro State University. He also specialized in European Private Law at the Salzburg Law School. He has been a general attorney for the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) since 2009. He is also a Professor of Law at the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC).
