The final draft of the GPL v3 has been published (announcement here) and it looks like the MS-Novell deal has been grandfathered in; the brackets in section eleven (as I’ve discussed before) have been removed.  Here’s Richard Stallman’s take on it, my esteemed colleage  Gary Ardito’s view,and PJ’s opinion at Groklaw.
