Doe, a dear, a female deer
Okay, so it took me over a year to finally get photos of the deer that like to wander our neighborhood.
I’m quite certain the only reason he stuck around long enough for me to snap photos was because he was eating mushrooms that were growing in the yard. I know some folks would prefer the deer stay away but I look at it this way – they’re there and I certainly don’t want them and he’s hungry, so why not!?!?!?

He would not last long in our yard. My husband would just see dinner.

Great pictures. Photographing deer is a hobby of mine, but I have to say that I’m typically not used to seeing them standing in my front yard. Thanks for sharing.
