Daniel’s Podcast

The podcast is based on our group project (openness in education) from a student perspective. I apologize for the quality. My laptop mic doesn’t seem to be functioning very well, and I’ve spent all evening trying to fix it. In fact, I just realized I may be over the deadline. Anyway, you can download it here.

Hey Daniel, very good work on this podcast. I like how you start off by telling the listener who you are. You then give an empathic argument to the universities that recognizes their right to control their materials and their concerns about that material being misused. I think you could have also discussed their concern about losing money. I particularly like the way that you then try to persuade the listener. You tell and engaging personal story that demonstrates the way the access to the MIT materials helped you and that clearly demonstrates the good will that the access to that material created in you.
