    I’d say probably Chinese takeout? Sometimes Easternish cooking is done here, but this load looks like mainly end-user dishes. Keep an eye out and you’ll see them again, as in May 17th’s dishes.

    This means that the number of calories should be constant regardless of the type of food. I have tried a few of these, and in my experience the weight always comes back on, just as quickly since the weight loss tips given are not something that will work with your body.
