    In a report released in 2009 by the Trust for American’s Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation called, F as in Fat, studies show that two thirds of adults are overweight or obese, and nearly one third of children and adolescents are also considered overweight or obese. So there is a certain level beyond which more protein just won’t make a difference so how do you determine how much is right for your body building diet.
