I dunno if this is a spam or not, but I got a chuckle out of it, so I let it fly.

yes it is a relatively new kind of spam: posting weird/nonsense comments along with a link to a website that seem unrelated – looks funky and innocent for the blog owners but still a spam.
This “kinserino”-dude posting links to that website all over the web: http://www.google.com/search?q=kinserino

You could pull the hypertext out of the entry, with a link back to this post as explanation.
