Physician Assignments
Students can access their Primary Care Physician (PCP) assignments via HUHS’s Patient Online portal. Visit https://www.pin1.harvard.edu/pin/authenticate?__authen_application=UHS_PORTAL to log in see who your PCP is.
The waiver deadline is August 31, 2011

Dental enrollment ends September 30
