Falling Enrollment

At CELOP we have seen an acceleration of declining enrollment in all of our programs, with the exception of our part-time (no visa) program. Although our application numbers are strong, up in some cases, our show rates have plummeted. Anecdotal evidence suggests visa delays are the main culprit. Any comments on the situation in other programs?
