The Kinko Caper:
Theft by Modem

Juju Jiang, a 25-year old hacker in Flushing, Queens, used an arsenal
of computers in his bedroom in an apartment he shared
with his mother and a simple trick to break into over 450 other personal
computers and steal data.

What Juju would do was rent time on computers at 13 local Kinkos
and install a hidden program which would record every keystroke and periodically
send the information to himself. With the included personal data he proceeded
to steal credit card information, open bank accounts, and sell the data
in
the internet.
