CIA: Bin Laden Tape Authentic

WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 – A C.I.A. technical
analysis has concluded that the voice on an audiotaped message broadcast
this week and represented as that of Osama bin Laden is probably authentic,
an official at the intelligence agency said today.
