Flip-Flop Spouse Swap?

As far as the Dowbrigade is concerned, the lone talent displayed
by the Bush males is the ability to attract quality mates. We would vote
for Laura for President, just on her history as an educator. As a
matter of fact, we would have voted for her mother-in-law, Barbara, whereas
we cannot in our worst nightmares ever imagine voting for either of the
Georges…..

An interesting trivia tidbit, which may or
may not speak to the American tradition of our best women giving up their
careers, and even their principles for the men they love, is the fact
that in their politically active younger years, before meeting their
respective hubbies, Laura
Bush (small-town schoolteacher) was a Democrat
and Teresa
Heinz (big bucks heiress) was a Republican. Is it so far-fetched
to imagine a bit of political wife-swapping between these kinky Skull
& Bones buddies?
