It’s not that there hasn’t been a lot going on in the life of the Dowbrigade lately, its just that we haven’t felt like sharing. Hopefully, now that the logjam has broken up, the posts should start to flow again, including one on our incipient misanthropy.
As to the Rebus, we haven’t done one since we were 8 years old in the waiting room of Dr. Butterfield, our childhood dentist, who had a reliable supply of “Highlights for Children”, also featuring the always informative “Do-Bee” and “Don’t Bee”.
I got the first, third, and fourth lines. But I can’t figure out the second line. I tried working backwards from -son, but I don’t know the roster that well. I agree with the senitiment, no matter who the second guy is.
For some reason, I had trouble getting past the first image. I kept looking at it to see how many possible words it could be, but my mind kept blanking.
