World Braces for Anti-Christ Appearance

DENVER,
May 1 (UPI) — Colorado authorities are watching to see if June 6, 2006
— or 6/6/06 — spurs demonstrations or violent activity.

To some people, the number 666 signifies the Mark of the Beast or the
Antichrist in the Book of Revelation.

Police groups say June 6 is a date that could trigger problems, the Denver
Post reported.

"It’s been a conscious question among some of our folks, so they’ve
been on the lookout for something," said Lance Clem, spokesman for
the Colorado Department of Public Safety. "But they haven’t seen
anything."

We are more worried about the folk among whom it is a subconscious question!
Reportedly, expectant mothers throughout the Christian world are planning
to induce on the 5th, while a few lucky female Goths are hoping to win
the Santanic lottery after participating in Black Mass Orgies back in
September.

Meanwhile, expect corporations to spend millions to protect
agains 666 viruses, worms and Satanic Spam attacks. Expect Evangelical
churches
to
run recruitment drives and membership specials, and the WB to run a Buffy
Marathon. Expect CNN AND Fox to develop clever splash screens with titles
like "Duel with the Devil" or "Satanic Showdown."

Of course, even if the Anti-Christ IS born that day, he probably won’t
be in a position to trigger Armageddon for a few years, so let’s enjoy
the
reprieve…..
