This project proposes a new organization of knowledge for public libraries which enables users to collaboratively curate and interact with digital collections.  Using QR codes and augmented realities, users would be able to interact with the digital collections from anywhere using smart phones.  The project proposes as a microfinance platform for public libraries as a source of funding.
