This page is designed to provide information on the DPLA Launch in light of the tragic events in Boston on April 15.

I arranged my own travel. What should I do?
In the wake of this week’s events, many airlines and hotels are being accommodating of those who need to change or reschedule bookings. Please contact your airline and/or hotel directly to make the necessary arrangements.

I arranged my travel/accommodation through Harvard Travel/Berkman. What should I do?
To cancel flights, please reach out to Harvard Travel via email at  harvardtravel at bcdtravel.com, or by phone at 1-800-610-5640. Harvard Travel’s hours of operation are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST, Monday – Friday. To cancel hotel reservations, please let us know at  dpla at cyber.law.harvard.edu. If you need assistance, please contact us at  dpla at cyber.law.harvard.edu.

How can I help?
Many thanks to those of you who have reached out with a desire to help those affected by this week’s events. For those of you who expressed interest in local information and resources, the City of Boston has a number of helpful links. The American Red Cross has also issued a statement on how best to support their efforts in Boston. For those who wish to make donations of food, clothing and other items, please visit the Salvation Army’s website.
