Rachel Frick, Co-Chair

Director, Digital Library Federation Program
Rachel Frick is the Director of the Digital Library Federation Program at the Council on Library and Information Resources(CLIR/DLF). Previous to her work at CLIR, Rachel served the National Leadership Grants Program for Libraries senior program officer at the Institute for Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
Ms. Frick’s library experiences range from being the head of bibliographic access and digital services at the University of Richmond to a regional sales manager for the Faxon Company, with a variety of library positions in between. She holds an MSLS degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in English literature from Guilford College.

Linda Crowe, Co-Chair

Executive Director, Califa Group
Linda Crowe is the Executive Director of the Califa Group, a California consortium of more than 220 primarily public libraries providing products and services to its members. Crowe is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Pacific Library Partnership, PLP, a regional system established under the California Library Services Act. In 2011 she co-chaired EQUACC, the Equal Access to Electronic Resources, an ALA President’s Task force. Crowe has also served as both a member and chair of ALA’s Office of Information Technology Policy Advisory Committee.

Jena Winberry, Coordinator

Jena WinberryProgram Associate, Digital Library Federation
Jena Winberry is the Program Associate for the Digital Library Federation program at the Council on Library and Information Resources. In this role, Jena facilitates the many DLF projects, fosters communication among the DLF community, coordinates the annual DLF Forum, and freely uses alliteration wherever she can. Jena recently received her MSLIS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has a bachelor’s degree in English from The Colorado College.
