Each year’s Emerging Leaders program includes a mix of leadership development workshops, mentorship, and community service. Workshops are facilitated by members of the HLS community, including staff and faculty; topics range from how to develop your personal career story to emotional intelligence to difficult conversations. Mentors are selected from among Harvard Law School senior leaders. The community service component has included a gift drive for the Boys and Girls Club, a walk/run to benefit community music organization ZUMIX, and volunteering at Cradles to Crayons.
