Coaching is a process that realizes the potential of individuals and creates lasting change. The purpose of this session is to define your developmental, career, and professional goals and practice coaching each other using coaching tools. We will focus on how to ask powerful questions as you make progress to goals. You will also learn important coaching skills that you can use on yourself or with others.

3rd Annual Emerging Leaders at HLS Closing Ceremony. Remarks from guest speakers including Dean Minow, Kevin Moody, and Keynote Speaker Matthew McMahan. Program to be followed by a light reception during which we will take a few photographs.
