Prof. Freeman Comments on GHG Cases for SCOTUSblog

Professor Jody Freeman, founder and director of the Environmental Law Program at Harvard Law School, recently wrote an article for entitled “Soft landings and strategic choices” for SCOTUSblog commenting on the greenhouse gas cases in front of the Supreme Court this upcoming Monday. Freeman argues that the case is actually of limited importance, and that EPA could have averted the case if they had been more risk averse initially. Read the article here.
