Legal reform group HALT has issued a revised (2004) version of “Complaining About a Judge,” from its Everyday Law Series. As they say, it’s an “easy-to-read primer [that] explains the basics of how the judicial conduct system works, how a complaint is handled and what you can expect from the system. “

Thanks for letting me know about the broken link, which worked fine when we put it up four years ago. There is no way we can keep track of the thousands of links we’ve created at f/k/a, and I hope our web-savvy readers will look around the website we’ve mentioned to see if they have re-located the materials we’ve featured, or use a search engine to find the piece.
HALT has often revamped their site, causing confusion for their visitors. I just Googled HALT and “complaining about a judge” and found the new location. Give the above link a try. Thanks again for the heads-up.
