runners black  They may still be increasing their fees, but a number of prestigious law firms are also trying to reduce their lawyers’ waistlines.  According to an article in today’s New York Lawyer, wellness programs are spreading rapidly in a leading-edge attempt to reverse swelling legal behinds and health insurance costs. 1. There are many fat bloated lawyers. They miss very few meals. They attend many free buffet political dinners. They sit in their lounge chairs at night and watch TV. They sit most of the day. They do no heavy lifting. Their staffs do most of their work. You will note the pelican chins that hang from their fat bloated jowls. They do no exercise. They present themselves as big and strong and rugged. In fact, they are fat, weak, slow, and bloated.

[Editor’s Note: Melvin, You apparently got up in a sour mood this morning. If you come back, I hope you’ll be in a better, more constructive mood.]
