@gtconway3d A little deflecting to leave it at “this Court has found to be nonexistent” … it’s not as if he’s maintaining that the cases exist but that he must regrettably abide the Court’s finding. (I guess “discovered” would be taking full responsibility.)
@joshtpm@TPM I just wonder how politically pressured they’d feel voting against a nominal clean hike - Rs would say “we sought to negotiate more, and you opted to crash the global economy instead.” A last clear chance kind of thing. I guess it depends on Biden’s appetite for invoking Plan B.
