During my professional business career in the United States, my focus remains on creating value by keeping a clear sight on executing strategies and objectives with discipline, efficiency, and innovation. I managed Companies in a complex environment; marked by rapidly changing political, economic, and technological forces that created uncertainty and potentially heightens risks in our industry. However, I was fortunate to be part of an exceptional management team that has the foresight and vision to navigate dynamic times.

I believe in results, and that the future is determine by the actions we take today. Actions that go beyond business strategies but also encompass the values of employees and the communities in which the company operates. It is important to provide an inclusive work environment that offers employees the opportunity to further their professional development and reach their highest potential. As a leader, I like to support the people in my team by broadening their training through mentoring opportunities, professional development workshops, and networking groups.

My objective is to work in a Company that strongly believes in the importance of giving back to its global communities and help those in need.  I am committed to operate in a business with sound corporate practices and strong corporate governance that promotes the long-term interests of the shareholders, strengthens the accountability, and helps build trust within.

In addition it is equally important to support a Board that encourages and reviews management performance in the context of business practices that emphasise sustainability and profitability.
