From Fiji to New Delhi, Cravath International Fellows pursue projects around the globe

In January 2019, 12 Harvard Law School students traveled to 12 countries as Cravath International Fellows. During Winter Term, they pursued clinical placements or independent research with an international, transnational, or comparative law focus.

HLS celebrates at the annual International Party

The Harvard Law School LL.M. Class of 2019 recently welcomed faculty, family members, students and staff to the annual International Party in Wasserstein Hall. Each year the event provides a chance for the HLS community to come together to share international food and drink, cultural displays, and music and dance performances from around the world.

Meet some of our spring 2019 exchange students

This year, five students from four of our exchange partner law schools abroad are spending the spring semester at HLS. We hope you’ll have a chance to meet these visiting students.

In addition, our spring 2019 exchange students include Liang Ling, University of Cambridge (Cambridge, UK), and Darina Petrova, also from Sciences Po Law School, who is here for the full academic year.

Early Arrivals

On August 21, HLS welcomed new LL.M.s, international exchange students, and new S.J.D.s to campus.

The LL.M. Class of 2019 includes 188 students from 65 countries who will spend the upcoming academic year pursuing a Master of Laws degree. In addition, six students are beginning their studies for the Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) degree, the Law School’s most advanced degree, and the early arrivals also include nine international students from seven of the Law School’s exchange partner schools.
