Great podcast I strong agree with Sam’s comments on Fair Use. He does a good job of explaining Fair Use and the problems with Savage’s copyright claim in accessible terms .
I blogged about this last week in Free Speech v. Copyright- Savage v. CAIR , for those interested in understanding the factors in more depth I strongly recommend Matt Zimmerman’s, of EFF, letter to ABC claiming Fair Use by Spocko.
