As a hands-on information systems technologist, researcher Dr. Frisch bridges the gap between technical and non-technical groups.

Dr. Frisch has a lifelong passion for learning, leading organizations in a change-driven environment, safeguarding physician business interests, and leveraging health information technology to deliver patient-centered care.

While attending graduate school at Harvard University, Dr. Frisch was chosen among his peers and senior university administration to lead cyberspace research at the world-renown Harvard University Law School’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society. Dr. Frisch codeveloped a top-secret VPN technology that was used to communicate with counties that limited internet access.
