Dear Mr. Graf, dear friends,
Helmut plans next week to read to us the second part of the interrogation transcript that he began reading last week. He recently received a letter from the Kantelberg-Abdullas that he wanted to read to us:
“Our son was killed in one of the cruellest ways possible. The only way the authorities could play down and cover up the murder and their botched investigation of it was to bring a charge of incitement to making false statements, against myself, my wife, and our daughter Diana.
“These charges have now been dropped in the case of my wife and myself, but not against our daughter Diana. The authorities supposedly forgot to withdraw the charges against her as well. People who believe that, though, will believe anything.
“We still have not had returned to us any of the documents or other items that the district attorney seized, certainly not the video recording of my wife interviewing Fraulein Loesel. Our lawyer, Mr. Sawitzky, has said that not even he has seen this video. My wife has still not received a transcript of her questioning by the authorities, even though she has asked for it many times.
“Incidentally, Chief District Attorney Schaer is responsible for overseeing the proceedings that deal with the charges that have been brought against right-wing extremists in Dresden. He’s the same district attorney that was in charge of the first investigation and deliberately made a mess of it, together with his Inspector Himpel, a specialist in arson in Saxony, who has since been suspended from duty. So they put the fox in charge of the hen house, and you can just imagine what’ll come of it.
“Our creditors are continually threatening us through the courts. First I and then my wife were ordered to appear in court: ‘If you do not appear at the appointed time or if you refuse to make a sworn statement without sufficient reason, then the warrant for your arrest that your creditors have applied for will be issued.’
“So psychological pressure is still being brought to bear on the parents of the murdered child, after they lost home and their means of earning a living and after they were driven out of the ‘liberated national Zone’ (the term used by German right-wing extremists to denote areas they have ‘cleansed’ of foreigners and Jews).
“The murderers, though, are still running around free. The only important thing for us is to know if some action will be taken against these murderers of our son. Only then will we feel our reputation has been restored.
“A well-known opposition Social Democrat member of the parliament of Saxony, Karl Nolle, has pointed out that it is a matter of record that Kurt Biedenkopf, Biedenkopf’s parents and his wife’s parents either co-operated with the Nazis during World War II or were close to the right wing in the years afterward. (Biedenkopf is the former conservative Prime Minister of Saxony. Some of the people who were arrested, questioned and later released in connection with the death of the Kantelberg-Abdullas’ child were children of prominent members of Biedenkopf’s own political party. The Kantelberg-Abdullas have always insisted the investigation into their child’s death was no more than a politically motivated whitewash.)
“There have long been powerful outside attempts to interfere with the investigation of Joseph’s murder. How long will the manipulation of judicial and police investigative powers go on?”
As always, I was shocked that anyone could voice such an opinion about Germany, a country based on the rule of law and order.

Er hofft aber, man werde diese Fehler übersehen, um hinter den Fehlern das sehen zu können, was in diesem Schreiben und in dieser Affäre von zentraler Bedeutung ist.

Sehr geehrter Herr Graf, sehr geehrte Freunde,
Helmut hat vor, erst nächste Woche den zweiten Teil des Protokolls vorzulesen, den er letzte Woche begonnen hat, weil er einen Brief von der Familie Kantelberg-Abdulla empfingen, den er uns vorlesen wollte:
„Unser Sohn wurde auf bestialische Art und Weise getötet, so dass die sogenannte Anstiftung zur Falschaussage gegen mich, meine Frau und Diana den sauberen Herren als einzige Lösung blieb, um den Mord herunterzuspielen.
Das Verfahren wegen Anstiftung gegen mich und meine Frau hat man eingestellt, nicht aber das Verfahren gegen meine Tochter Diana. Angeblich wurde die Einstellung des Verfahrens gegen Diana einfach nur vergessen. Wer es glaubt, wird selig.
Bis jetzt haben wir immer noch nicht unsere Unterlagen zurückerhalten, auch nicht das Video, das zeigt, wie meine Frau Fräulein Lösel interviewt. Noch nicht einmal unser RA Herr Sawitzky hat diese Videoaufnahme – wie er uns mitteilte – bis heute gesehen. Meine Frau hat bis heute noch nicht einmal ihr Vernehmungsprotokoll erhalten, trotz mehrfachen Nachfragens.
Übrigens führt Herr Oberstaatsanwalt Schär, der gleiche Staatsanwalt, der das erste Ermittlungsverfahren leitete und bewusst mit seinem suspendierten KOK Himpel (spezialisiert in Sachen Brandstiftung) in den Sand setzte, jetzt die Anklage gegen die Rechten in Dresden. Man macht den Bock zum Gärtner. Was rauskommt kann man sich denken.
Uns droht laufend der Gerichtsvollzieher. Erst schrieb er mich an, dann meine Frau. Morgen soll sie zum Termin erscheinen. In den Papieren heißt es wörtlich: ‚Falls Sie zu dem Termin nicht erscheinen oder wenn Sie sich grundlos weigern, die eidesstattliche Versicherung abzugeben, wird auf Antrag des Gläubigers einen Haftbefehl gegen Sie erlassen.’
Die Eltern des ermordeten Kindes, die aus der nationalbefreiten Zone vertrieben wurden, ihr Haus, ihre Existenz verloren haben, versucht man weiterhin psychisch unter Druck zu setzen.
Die Mörder laufen frei herum. Nur die Frage, ob irgendetwas gegen die Mörder unseres Sohnes unternommen wird, ist wichtig. Dann sind auch wir rehabilitiert.
Herr Nolle sagt selbst in einem Interview, dass Herr Biedenkopf, seine Eltern und die Eltern seiner Frau dem rechten Spektrum zuzuordnen sind.
Es ist wieder ‚in’ rechts zu sein.
Es wurde massiv daran gearbeitet die Ermordung von Joseph herunterzuspielen. Bis wohin ging diese Manipulation?“
Wie immer war ich schockiert, dass man eine solche Meinung über das Rechtsstaat Deutschland äußern konnte.
