Islands away from Boston

Yesterday, we spent the day away from Boston at the Boston Harbor Islands National Park.  It was wonderful to get away from this city for even a few hours.  Nice breezes, old forts, ocean in the distance, and a general lack of the crowds, the hustle and bustle of Boston.

I’m not in love with Boston, and although I don’t think I hate it, I definitely enjoy any chance I can get to get away from it.

BF and I also did very well in dealing with one another.  We had a bit of a fight, but we’ve both learned to work on talking to one another and not make fights the last word.  And we eventually made up.  And watched a night of British television.

What did you do yesterday?

As to the bigot who missed a good meal and a good opportunity(for knowledge)and who has eyes too opened and mind too shut…who will not see with heart or common sense… that all men (and women)have a God given and constitutionally protected, “right to persue happiness”…what a dark and hateful world he is destined to walk. He,enshackles himself, in rusted chains of acids hate, to a heavy, heavy burden… and gravity, his own gravity, pulls him downward.
