My guess is that as the efforts to drive business out of California will eventually drive down wages. This will lead to more occupants per house. Leading eventually to a real estate collapse.
Look at how the immigrants live in CA.

No mention of rising solar output driving global warming. I wonder how they missed it.
Plus temperatures haven’t fully recovered from the last little ice age. No mention of that. No mention that we are 1.5 deg C below the so called Middle Ages optimum.
No mention that the models can’t even predict the past let alone the future. No mention that 15 deg is at the maximum range of the maximum value. The likely range given the current rate of technological advance (not counting the solar constant which is a variable) is about 1.5 to 2 deg C. MAX.
Other than that. Solid science. And like all good science articles scary. Something must be nationalized to fix this. What could it be? Hmmm?
