ONLINE POKER AMENDMENT

….award a license to a Massachusetts non-profit corporation to offer
online poker to residents of Massachusetts; provided however, that the
online poker operations of said corporation shall be subject to such
requirements and principles established under this chapter as deemed
relevant by the commission including but not limited to financial stability,
conditions of licensure, integrity of gaming operations, and ensuring public
confidence.
