    I think networking is always important. You never know when you talk to someone who might be usefull in the future. In our trampolin sport group there are also 2 women who found a job .. well and good employees. It was like they were made for each other. The one was looking for a job. The other was searching for a good employee for long time and while jumping on the minitrampoline they found out.

    Interesting enough those education reform gurus were using the term in the same way that the New Age Theosophists were using it. ,
