Hey all. Last week I decided that I was going to train for a triathlon. I have worked out all summer long and had a personal trainer. I now need an end goal. So, I’ve decided to do a 13 week training program and do a sprint triathlon. My weakest sport is definitely going to be swimming. Every day/week check out my “Training” page, where I will post what I’ve done, what I am going to do, how I feel, etc. Feel free to leave me posts of encouragement! Hope to hear from you all.
