0.5 LBS
After a several weeks of eating badly and not exercising, I finally worked up the courage to waddle up to the scale this morning. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I’d lost 0.5 lbs since the last time I’d stepped on the scale (shortly after getting back from our honeymoon). I made the mistake of calling T (who was already at work).
Me: Hon, I didn’t gain as much weight as I had feared. In fact, it looks like I lost .5 lbs!
T: Oh, that’s probably because you’ve lost muscle.
