Human factors
The comp.human-factors group on google is a very low traffic group. A “search agent” looks up the search results for the key words and posts changes on the site. Along with this, there are other search agents at Newsability, Google: User Experience, Google: Usability, Google: Information Architecture. Newsability does exactly what I was thinking about, mixing aggregators with search engines. Kudos to Tom Smith.
