Publicity through the net by giving good animators opportunity to make short animatrix sequences and distributed them on the net and on DVD. Also, made a game with special shots shot for the game. It is so confident of its success like The Lord of the rings, that the next two movies are shot simultaniously. The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions.

How should views be defined?
Views can help humans understand the situation. 4d, plan, 3d, perspectives. Diferent people are required to see the design, as they see the views differently, from their fields perspective. Views should not be linked to a role, but according to the social interactions of the person. This helps in creating a bottom up approch of users using the tools to fit their work flow, rather than chainging their workflow to fit the tool.
