Which interfaces are better in flash, which better in html?

Jakob Neilson gave three reasons why flash is bad. “It encourages design abuse (gratuitous animation, less user control, nonstandard GUI controls) , it breaks with the Web’s fundamental interaction principles, and it distracts attention from the site’s core value.” User interfaces which respond to the mouse drags rather than mouse clicks are better done in flash. “One interface for all actions” is better in flash.
