Leaders in the world

To be a leader for tomorrow, one has to be led today. One person needs to follow, or at least to see, what the leaders are doing now. In my case, I am learning what others are doing today, such as how to communicate with different people, how to present themselves, and et cetera. In other words, I am learning how to be a leader from today’s leaders by listening to them, talking to them, and getting ideas from them.

In addition, the leadership is nothing but a way of life. In easy sense, for example, it is just like wearing a tie; it is absolutely a personal choice. You do as what the leaders do. You act as what you want to be in the future.

All in all, among all leaders I have met in the world today several common traits have been shining here:

Passion is one of the most common and important characteristics. Goal-driven is another.
